All orders are processed within 1–2 business days for fast, Canada-wide delivery. For customers in Surrey, BC, we offer same-day delivery on orders placed before 3 PM (delivered within 30 minutes to 2 hours). All shipments are sent from our vape shop in Surrey . We accept returns on most unopened items within 10 days of purchase. Hardware & accessories can be returned within 15 days if unused and in original packaging. Please note:

• Opened consumables, clearance items, and personal care products are non-returnable.
• Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method in 3–5 business days.
