STILL OPEN during sky train construction!!! The crews have made it pretty difficult to get in and out of there but there are still ways!!!! Cut around behind the Bosleys off of Fraser, there's a back road that goes in behind. You can also cut through the Safeway parking lot. The owner is an absolute gem and has great knowledge of all of the products that he sells. Prices are great and they have such variety! Seriously a diamond in the rough for any vaper/smoker. My husband and I frequent there weekly.
