One of the unique features of Quartzsaver Cleaner is that it works best when heated. You can heat up the solution first, and submerge  your quartz and let it sit. The heat of the water and the solution will help to loosen and dissolve any residue or buildup on the banger. You can also heat up your banger until it is slightly warm to the touch, then apply the solution and let it sit for a few minutes. The heat will help to loosen and dissolve any stubborn residue, making it easier to remove.

We accept returns on most unopened items within 10 days of purchase. Hardware & accessories can be returned within 15 days if unused and in original packaging. Please note:
